Hi Everyone,
Just hanging around the lounge tonight doing a bit of reflection about todays lesson. What a lot to learn and absorb, Web 2 tools have created a whole new way of working and information exchange. Its like we need to start thinking in different ways, more creatively. I am going to see if I can get my hands on a copy of 'Who moved my cheese?' A book about coping with change. I will let you know if it is useful.

For anyone needing to find some inspiration in a hurry, I would recommend a book called 'How to have Kick-Ass Ideas' by Chris Barez-Brown. The little blurb on the cover says, Get Curious, Get Adventurous, Get Creative.

Cheers for now

Hi
Just a suggestion, maybe we could have someone from TARS (The Aged-care Righs Service) on the steering committe. This is also a test post. I think this blog is a great idea.

Students

I was just having a look around the youtube website and came across a digital story made by some ESL tafe students. It is worth a look, they have done a good job. Just surf over to the youtube site and type Salibury Excursion in the search bar.

Happy looking

Bag Lady, thanks for the suggestion. Great minds think alike....... Irena from Northside has already suggested TARS as a possible presenter.

Keep the suggestions coming.........

900 Neighbours

Fellow Diploma Loungers, especially all you creative types interested in CD through Art.

As a follow up to the documentary we all saw called 900 neighbours (about Northcott apartments), I was doing a bit of back ground research about BighART the company who put the production together. What a group of amazing people:-)

BighART subscribes to the info. share philosphy big time, so they have heaps of fantastic information on their web site. So point your browsers to http://www.bighart.org/ and drill down in 'How we do it'.

Happy Looking

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what people thought of the idea that this forum should have an aboriginal name.
I am keen on the idea and will do some research to come up with some suggestions. What do you think....
